Maple Leaf Coffee House was created to be a place to gather with family and friends. It's a place to enjoy a delicious meal, a warm and cozy drink, a crackling fire, and comfortable and spacious seating. Our home is your home when you book a party or event with us! You'll have access to our private cafe with in-house catering (if desired) in a setting with stunning view of the Fox River.
Our space is perfect for corporate events, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, holiday parties and more! Our dining room can comfortably fit 40+ people for large group events. Our dedicated meeting room seats 10-15 and is suited for small parties and business meetings.

Rental Costs

Dedicated Meeting Room (8am - 3pm)
Reserve our dedicated meeting room any time during our business hours for $50/hour. The meeting room can comfortably fit 10-15 people and includes super fast wifi and a projector for screen sharing. The reservation cost is waived if your group purchases food and drink to cover the hourly rate.

Main Room (8am - 3pm)
At this time, we are only able to offer a main room reservation during business hours for parties of 10 or smaller. For larger groups, the main room can be reserved starting at 2pm or later.

After Hours Events (after 3pm)
Reserve our space outside of our normal business hours for parties up to 80, with or without catering. Rates range from $100/hour with catering to $150/hour without catering. We offer a BYOB option for after hours events. Large parties may incur additional fees for cleanup.
